Job Description:

Inexoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python. The role also requires hands-on experience in ERP systems, contributing to the customization, integration, and support of ERP-based applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, ERP consultants, and DevOps engineers, to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python frameworks.
• Work on ERP system development, customization, integration, and support as per business requirements.
• Optimize applications and ERP modules for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ERP teams to define and implement new features.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, ERP modules, and data sources as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality.
• Participate in system architecture and ERP workflow discussions.
• Ensure adherence to security, data protection, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Mandatory experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, or similar platforms preferred).
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs, including ERP integrations.
• Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
