Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork Bidding & Outreach

Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh (Work from Home initially, relocation required in 1–2 months)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior BDE to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in business development for IT services. You will be trained to work on Upwork, LinkedIn, and client outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit proposals on Upwork and manage client communications.
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other outreach methods.
• Communicate effectively with international clients via chat, email, and calls.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored project proposals.
• Track, follow up, and maintain client communication for leads and ongoing projects.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new platforms, tools, and business strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, or web development (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Upwork and LinkedIn platforms (training will be provided).
• Flexibility to work in different/odd time slots depending on client time zones.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
