Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer responsible for developing and maintaining applications built on the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in Java, JavaScript, and relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL. The role involves end-to-end participation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Design and scale high-performance, reliable public APIs.
• Work with GraphQL services, including schema design, queries, mutations, and resolvers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end features.
• Containerize services using Docker and manage deployments in Kubernetes environments.
• Utilize GitHub Actions for CI/CD, managing automated tests and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning in an agile environment.
• Take full ownership of features with mentorship from senior engineers.

Required Skills

• Strong Python expertise: Proficient in idiomatic Python, async patterns, type annotations, unit testing, and modern libraries.
• API Development: Solid experience building and scaling RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs in production.
• GraphQL: Familiarity with frameworks such as Strawberry, Graphene, or similar.
• Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and container-based workflows.
• CI/CD: Knowledge of GitHub Actions for test automation and deployment processes.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work style.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
