Job Title: Operations Executive (Full-Time | On-Site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Engage with internal teams and Clients to ensure smooth, clear communication.
• Have meaningful conversations to understand concerns and offer practical, thoughtful support.
• Share accurate information and updates so that others can take the right action.
• Address any operational or behavioral concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues, implement action plans, and support people through transitions.
• Maintain structured records of interactions, challenges, and resolutions.
• Keep databases up to date and assist in preparing simple reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups that support ongoing goals and projects.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1 -2 years in client-facing or people-oriented roles like operations, support, HR, or community building.
• Tools: Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — at least 6 months of regular use.
• Communication: Clear, calm, and confident verbal communication.
• People Skills: Emotionally intelligent and approachable.
• Bonus Points: If you’ve ever coached, mentored, or guided others in any formal or informal capacity.
