Job Description

Procure mechanical items, aluminum, MS sheets, angles, and other fabrication materials.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with production, quality, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
2–5 years of proven experience in procurement/purchasing, especially in steel and fabrication materials.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of market trends, material specifications, and cost estimation.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software and maintain mail drafting.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
