Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Project Manager with 4+ years of experience

who can lead

multiple projects simultaneously

, ensure delivery excellence, and

manage high-value customer relationships

. You will not only oversee execution but also

mentor junior PMs, optimize processes, and act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

Drive the
planning, execution, and delivery
of multiple customer projects in parallel.
Define project goals, scope, and timelines in collaboration with leadership and clients.
Manage
customer expectations, escalations, and stakeholder communication
at all levels.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor and optimize
project performance, budgets, and resource allocation
.
Implement
best practices in Agile, risk management, and delivery governance
.
Lead
UAT cycles, release planning, and go-live support
.
Mentor and guide junior PMs, helping them grow in project ownership.
Contribute to
process improvements and frameworks
for scaling delivery.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience
as a Project Manager in SaaS/IT/Media-tech domains.
Hands-on experience with
Agile project management
and
tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
.
Strong background in
client management and stakeholder communication
.
Excellent
organizational and leadership skills
.
Ability to handle
pressure, multiple priorities, and complex dependencies
.
Good understanding of
software development life cycle (SDLC)
.

Good to Have

Prior experience in
OTT, Media, or SaaS platforms
.
Knowledge of
technical concepts (APIs, integrations, cloud deployments, app releases)
.
Experience in
contract/CR lifecycle management
.
