Sr. Project Manager (Big Data)

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role in ensuring the success of our customers by delivering projects on time and within budget. Your role will involve defining project goals, timelines, and scope, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects. You will be responsible for implementing standardized project management methodologies, driving process improvements, and maintaining margin and revenue targets. Additionally, you will be expected to build long-term client relationships and identify partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Define Project Goals, timelines, and scope. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and experts on data management, model development, and deployment. - Take ownership of all commercial delivery of services across numerous concurrent projects. - Oversee multiple projects and adjust management approaches as needed. - Drive process improvement and implementation of standardized project management methodologies. - Own margin and revenue targets for projects. - Cultivate long-term client relationships and explore partnership opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. - PMI/PRINCE certification or equivalent. - Experience managing and delivering Big Data projects. - Proven track record in managing enterprise scale projects with global deployments. - Prior technical background managing technical projects. - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office. - Initiative, determination, and resourcefulness. - Skilled in project management, administration, and team management.
