Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil & Interiors) to lead site execution works for civil and interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong knowledge of civil works, finishes, interior detailing, project coordination, and site management. The candidate will act as a bridge between design, manufacturing, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute civil and interior works as per project drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily site activities and manage site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with design team, vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards at site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings.
• Oversee installation of civil finishes, false ceilings, flooring, partitions, furniture, and MEP coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project progress reports, site documentation, and checklists.
• Verify contractor/vendor bills and certify site measurements.
• Identify risks, delays, and site-related challenges, and implement corrective measures.
• Support Project Manager in overall project planning and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8+ years of experience in civil and interior fit-out projects (retail, residential, hospitality, or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and interior execution techniques.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, vendor management, and contractor handling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously.

Preferred Background

• Experience in turnkey interior contracting firms or project management consultancies.
• Exposure to luxury retail or high-end residential interiors.
• Knowledge of MEP integration within interior works.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
