Objective:

The role aims to ensure project planning, implementation, resource allocation, managing deliverables such as monitoring progress, keeping track of the budget, progress on the timelines, on-time completion of the project as per the MOU, and sharing the status of the report to management regarding the project.

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring required resources like manpower, tools, skill set, etc. for flawless execution of the projects
He will be responsible for delivering projects on time as per the decided MOU/agreement and as per the budget
Assist Project Head closely in defining the project stage in the initial period, checking DTech feasibility in terms of capability, resources, skill set, and coordination with internal departments.
Assist the Project head in defining project milestones and delivery plan
He will ensure resource allocation like manpower deployment based on skill, experience, and availability for each project
Responsible for the timely completion of the project
Guide project team for project commissioning, and installation as per the work order terms and conditions
Time to time keep the management team posted on project progress and share report of the same
Strong in creating Project related documentation for a future reference point for the customer and DTech
Manage and maintain good rapport with critical stakeholders like clients, internal departments, present, and prospective vendors/customers
Regularly making visits to project sites and meeting key stakeholders to keep posted on the progress, and ask for support in case of any challenges
The incumbent of the role holder needs to ensure the timely handover of the project as per the agreement
Responsible for the timely completion of the project
Guide project team for project commissioning, and installation as per the work order terms and conditions
