L2 Engineer - FMS

Job Location:

Package 28K + + Transport + Food Allowance / Month

Objective:

• He must keep himself available at the customer site as per the requirements and support for uninterrupted IT facilities and services
• Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• He must have Basic experience on the below IT systems – L2 L1 switch configuration, Router configuration, P2P device configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Hardware, Network and Software related issues reported by users.
• He must have Basic understanding knowledge of Server and Firewall.
• He must balance and match with site-specific customer rules and guidelines along with D-Tech policies.
• He should be able to manage client end meetings independently
