Sr. Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator – Electrical to assist in managing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will support the electrical team and project management by coordinating between site operations, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of electrical work at the project site in line with project plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, procurement plans, and manpower planning for electrical works.
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Review electrical drawings and identify any clashes or discrepancies; raise RFIs as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation of all project-related correspondence, drawings, approvals, and reports.
• Coordinate with other MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth integration and avoid site conflicts.
• Support quality assurance and control by checking that installations comply with approved designs and standards.
• Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to project managers.
• Attend site meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 – 10 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, project schedules, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹56,425.92 per month
