Sr. Project Coordinator

Coordinate ongoing project activities, ensuring that tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines are met.
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting decisions and assigning action items.Work closely with project managers to create detailed project plans, including resources and timeframes.Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary.Facilitate communication between project teams and departments to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in project timelines and work with relevant teams to address these issues promptly.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all project information is accurately documented.Assist in the development and implementation of internal project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Minimum Service Agreement :24 Months

Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, SolidWorks PDM, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of project management techniques and methods.
