This role is the primary customer-facing project manager for third-party Just Walk Out-enabled stores. It requires working with business teams across Amazon to gather requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and retail store operations teams and managing the timelines for internal and external teams to support store launches. This position involves regular communication with leadership teams on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role requires up to 10% travel, supporting internal business gatherings along with customer-facing meetings and site visits. The ideal candidate is customer focused, a natural problem solver and a great communicator, both in verbal and written form. You have a consistent track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines while making high-judgement, data-driven trade-offs and prioritization decisions in an ambiguous environment. You have experience working in the built environment and/or with retail store deployments. This role requires a high level of ownership over the store launch process. You are capable of taking accountability, but also know how to see around the corners and ask for help in resolving issues and problems as necessary. Bachelors degree 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Ability and willingness to travel 10%, primarily to corporate meetings and customer sites Willingness to work in flexible shifts MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing PMP certificate
