Sr Program Manager Procurement

Role Overview: As a Procurement Transformation Lead at Sandoz, you will be responsible for leading and delivering global transformation initiatives across Procurement. Your role will involve driving execution excellence by managing complex projects end-to-end, balancing priorities, resources, budgets, and risks to achieve high-value outcomes. You will establish and maintain strong governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making throughout all project phases. Additionally, you will enable insight-driven decision-making by tracking progress, analyzing performance, and reporting to Procurement leadership with clarity and strategic relevance. Your contribution to financial planning and value delivery, active participation in budgeting discussions, and support for cost/value optimization efforts will be crucial.
