Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 7 to 8 years of experience in Windchill to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves working closely with engineering and design teams to optimize product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to enhance product development processes ensuring efficiency and innovation in our operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Windchill systems to support product lifecycle management effectively.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to streamline workflows and enhance product development processes.
Provide technical expertise in Windchill to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in using Windchill tools.
Analyze current product management processes and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Windchill with other systems.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product lifecycle management.
Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records for future reference.
Support the development of new product features by providing insights and technical guidance.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
Evaluate new technologies and tools that could enhance product management capabilities.
Contribute to the companys innovation goals by optimizing product development processes.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Windchill demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities.
Have a strong background in engineering and design with the ability to apply domain knowledge effectively.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Show proficiency in training and mentoring team members on technical tools and processes.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
