Job Description

Lead development and definition of Marketing tool requirements for Owned & Operated Channels, working with Product Manager, Tech Leads, and Global O&O team to scale MarTech capabilities to Region
Build testing roadmap and lead experimentation execution for Amazon Music across the customer lifecycle. Test and learn across new placements, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns. Own strategy, execution and performance in Owned & Operated campaigns, including messaging and localization. Establish ongoing creative refresh and optimization program. Optimize conversion rates and funnel analytics with BIEs and Data Science. Set KPIs, establish reporting and review measurement and performance. Establish reports and perform detailed analysis to drive insights to increase acquisition and engagement across owned & operated marketing channels and campaigns. Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for campaigns, channels, and overall O&O, showcasing results the team has delivered and presenting to country and executive leadership.
