Job Description

) Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure delivery teams align with expected outcomes.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication.

2) Strategic Planning & Advisory

  • Develop customised marketing strategies based on client goals and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategy feasibility and alignment.
  • Present marketing plans and performance insights to clients, influencing decisions.

3) Campaign Oversight

  • Work closely with channel specialists (Paid Search, Display, Social, TikTok, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Monitor overall campaign delivery to ensure alignment with KPIs and business outcomes.

4) Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
  • Provide actionable insights to clients and delivery teams to optimise performance.
  • Track full-funnel metrics and identify growth opportunities.

5) Project Coordination

  • Manage campaign schedules, delivery timelines, budgets, and outputs.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to processes.
Required experience

ducation & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within a digital marketing environment.
  • Experience overseeing campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels.
  • Exposure to higher-education marketing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
  • Hands-on familiarity with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and derive actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
