Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to inform them about Rai Technology University's programs, courses, and admission process.Assist prospective students with queries regarding courses, eligibility, admission deadlines, and application procedures.Schedule appointments and follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accurate tracking of calls, follow-ups, and status updates.Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, providing relevant information, and ensuring a positive experience for potential students.Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and enrolments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Kannada.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
