Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Pharmacy department in line with university vision and regulatory norms.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, and UGC guidelines.
Oversee academic planning, program delivery, and quality assurance.
Facilitate faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
Promote research, innovation, and collaborations with industry and academia.
Manage departmental budgets, infrastructure, and resource allocation.
Represent the department in university bodies, accreditations, and inspections.
Oversee student discipline, grievance redressal, and welfare activities.

Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

First Class in B.Pharm and M.Pharm.
Minimum
15 years
of teaching/research experience in pharmacy, with at least
5 years in a leadership/administrative position
.
Sound knowledge of PCI/AICTE/UGC regulations.
Proven leadership and management skills.
