Job Position: Sr Product Manager / Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1) To manage the existing product line, brand establishment & brand building

2) Experience is new product launching and strategy formulation

3) Responsible for conducting research, i.e. studying current market trends, competitors,

market & industry knowledge.

4) Should have excellent analytical abilities to perform competitive analysis & product

positioning.

5) Should know which product to focus on next or where to take an existing product.

6) Assessment of strategy implementation & sales data analysis.

7) Coordination with the external agency regarding digital marketing, product branding,

product promotion, campaigning & special activities planning and attending the product related

queries. Should be able to design literature & training manuals.

8) Requires great deal of coordination with regulatory, marketing and procurement

departments.

9) To manage brand packaging & to participate in cross functional teams for product planning

and brand improvement.

10) Tracking current and future competition product and market intelligence related activities

and preparing reports for the management.

11) New product concept preparation and road map preparation.

Required Candidate profile:

1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing , 2-3 years in Pharmaceutical  Marketing as

Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager handling General Segment.

2. He/she should be creative and innovative. He/She should have good knowledge of General

segment.

3. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.

4. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity

and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

6. Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channel and social media.
