Job Description

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for DMD games, aligned with business goals.
Drive end-to-end product development: ideation, prototyping, testing, launch, and iteration.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver world-class game mechanics and user experiences.
Use data, A/B testing, and player insights to guide decisions and prioritize features.
Define KPIs and own metrics such as engagement, retention, monetization, and player lifetime value.
Partner with marketing and community teams to scale reach and build player loyalty.
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging player behaviors in the puzzle genre
Ensure smooth execution and delivery through clear communication and cross-team alignment.
