As an AI Simulation Engineer at our company, you will be part of a team that is creating an AI-powered platform to deliver highly interactive, role-specific user experiences. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement the core simulation engine, which is an AI system capable of producing dynamic, multi-step interactions that evolve over time based on user actions. Your tasks will include developing context-aware AI agents that maintain interaction history and adapt responses over extended user journeys, building systems that allow character/persona-driven conversations with nuanced, role-specific behaviors, architecting long-term state management and storyline progression for complex multi-session experiences, designing automated task generation and evaluation workflows for different user profiles, implementing robust feedback loops and adaptive learning flows within simulations, and optimizing AI model usage for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in AI/ML or NLP-heavy product engineering. You should also have strong hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Expertise in Python, backend architecture, and API development is essential, along with familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS for context retrieval. Experience in building persistent conversational systems with multi-agent capabilities is also required, and any experience with simulation, gamification, or adaptive learning platforms would be a bonus. Joining our team will give you a founding-level role with high product ownership, the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI-driven, interactive environments, a competitive salary, and the chance to shape a product from the ground up with global market potential.,

Location: Pune, MH Type: Full-time Apply - Send your resume to info@simploy.ai with the subject: Application: Director of Product - AI Simulation Engine . **IMPORTANT** For your application to be considered, please describe in brief in your cover letter: Why Simploy’s mission hits home for you. The piece of this product you can’t wait to build — and why. Why you think you will be great fit. Anything else you would like to share.. About the role We’re expanding our product organisation to build a next-generation, AI-powered platform that delivers interactive, role-based experiences at scale. You’ll be the point-person who turns high-level vision into a concrete roadmap and a shipped product— owning strategy, scoping, execution, and outcomes . This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll define the MVP, pick the right tools, shape the architecture with engineering, run sprints, and deliver a live product —while setting up the operating system for scale. What you’ll own Product strategy → roadmap → PRDs: Convert business goals into clear problem statements, success metrics, and milestone releases. MVP definition & scope control: Ruthlessly prioritise for speed to value; stage everything else behind decision gates. Delivery leadership: Plan sprints, run rituals, unblock teams, manage risks, and hold a crisp RACI across design/eng/AI. Technical scoping (partnering with Eng): Choose pragmatic stacks and services; specify APIs, data models, and “AI orchestration” patterns (prompting, evaluation, memory, guardrails). No daily coding required, but strong technical literacy is. Quality & measurement: Define acceptance criteria, experiment design, and the core dashboard (activation, completion, cost/user, NPS, conversion). Team build-out: Sequence and recruit the first pod (full-stack engineer, AI/ML engineer, QA) and onboard them to your delivery system. Stakeholder comms: Maintain a single source of truth (roadmap, decision log, release notes) and keep leadership tightly informed. Security & compliance baseline: Sensible defaults for auth, data privacy, content safety, and auditability. Must have's - 7–12 years in product management or technical program management for SaaS/platform products; have shipped at least one v1 from zero → live usage. Strong technical literacy: APIs, cloud (GCP/AWS), data modeling, event analytics; comfortable specifying services and reading lightweight code/diagrams. Experience integrating LLM/AI capabilities (prompting, evaluation loops, embeddings/vector stores, guardrails). Fluency with modern product/engineering stacks (e.g., React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node, Firebase/GCP or AWS; experience with AI orchestration frameworks is a plus). Execution discipline: excellent scoping, sequencing, and risk management; you know how to ship on time without letting quality drift. User empathy + systems thinking: you can turn messy workflows into clean flows and measurable outcomes. Leadership: crisp writing, clear decisions, high accountability. Nice to have - Background in ed-tech, simulations, gaming, or workflow tools . Built products for India-first, global-ready audiences. Experience setting up basic security, privacy, and compliance practices for new products. Compensation - Competitive salary + We can discuss additional upside based on milestones Apply - Send your resume to info@simploy.ai with the subject: Application: Director of Product - AI Simulation Engine . **IMPORTANT** For your application to be considered, please describe in brief in your cover letter: Why Simploy’s mission hits home for you.
