Sr. Process /Environment Eng.

As a Civil Engineer at HNB Engineers, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Study the tender requirements of each project during pre-tendering and post-tendering stage. - Decide on the technology/process to be adopted based on bid evaluation criteria and functional guarantees. - Prepare BEP including process and hydraulic dig, layout and flow diagrams. P & IP and mass balance diag may be required on a case-to-case basis. - Get involved with the engineering team for civil, piping, mechanical, E&I costing. - Provide necessary inputs to the team during tilling data sheets & other documents. - Focus on selecting suitable requirements for secondary treatment, BNR, disinfection, etc. - Participate in detail costing by the team and brief tender requirements to management. - Liaise with clients & consultants during bid evaluation stage. - Prepare detailed BEP (PD, HD, LO, HFD) as per tender & confirmations given during bid evaluation stage and submit it. - Guide Engineering Team to prepare explode GAD, P&I. - Check drawings in detail for final submission. - Visit the site and put the plant into a trial run with the electrical team. - Stabilize the process at the site to deliver desired parameters. - Monitor till commissioning & guide O&M team as and when required during the entire O&M period. - Guide execution team during construction. - Guide E&M team in selecting appropriate equipment / analyzers / PLC / SCADA, etc. as required during the detailed engineering stage. - Perform duties as required to deliver the project on time. - Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities.
