As a member of the N. Altera Digital Health is at the forefront of the intersection between technology and healthcare, fostering innovation to enhance care delivery worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Monitor KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness. - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing optimizations. - Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles. - Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes. - Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams. - Hands-on experience in executing ITIL Process methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions. - Excellent communication skills to translate technical process details into clear insights for leaders and stakeholders. - Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekend shifts as necessary.
