Sr. PHP Developer

Position: Senior PHP Laravel Developer
Experience Required: 7–8 years of extensive PHP development experience
Education: B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA (mandatory)
Location: Office-based — Noida, Sector 63
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Interview Format: Walk-in — visit the office directly with your resume and portfolio

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Create clean, efficient, and scalable server-side PHP code and web applications.
• Integrate & Support: Work with front-end teams to integrate UI components; support building RESTful APIs and plugins.
• Architectural Work: Design database structures, optimize performance, ensure security, and handle architectural challenges.
• Lifecycle Management: Participate across the full development lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and advocate best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts clearly with stakeholders and non-technical team members. Adapt code for efficiency and team-oriented environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Expertise: 7–8 years of PHP development, especially with frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter.
• OOP & Design Patterns: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, MVC architecture.
• Front-End Basics: Comfortable with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and understanding front-end integration.
• Database Proficiency: Strong skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and experience optimizing queries and schemas.
• Version Control & Testing: Proficient with Git; experience in writing unit tests using tools like PHP Unit.
• Security & Performance: Knowledgeable about security best practices and performance tuning.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, team collaboration, leadership, and ability to mentor and guide others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,086.84 - ₹70,000.00 per month
