This is a hands-on role requiring you to take ownership of the application's architecture, guide the development sprints, manage the database, and mentor the development team to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality product. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Design and implement a scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack architecture using Flutter and MongoDB . Project & Sprint Management: Lead agile development cycles (sprints), manage tasks using tools like Jira or Trello , and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Database Management: Architect the MongoDB schema, ensure data integrity, and optimize database performance for financial transactions.
