Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Human Resources department in Moradabad, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, Leaves, Bonus, and Gratuity. You will also handle monthly and annual statutory filings and returns, including PF, ESI, and TDS. Your role will involve coordinating with the HR departments for accurate input collection, including attendance, leaves, new joinees, exits, and salary revisions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, Leaves, Bonus, and Gratuity. - Handle monthly and annual statutory filings and returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). - Coordinate with the HR departments for accurate input collection (attendance, leaves, new joinees, exits, salary revisions, etc.). Qualification Required: - Master/ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field. - Strong Communication Skills. - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.,
