Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?)

To ensure the Drying & Calcination Processes, Blending, Packing & Dispatch, Documentation.

Key Result Area

To carry out plant operations
Down time control
5S Monitoring and Implementation
Responsible for ensuring OH, Environment, Energy Mgt. & SMS related aspects in the section
Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Management Plan
Documentation based on system certification

Competencies

Manufacturing Process knowledge
Production Control & Monitoring Skill
Knowledge of Workplace safety standards
Documentation & Recordkeeping Skills
