Job Description

Role Overview: As a Program Management Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, your work will encompass Strategy, Program planning, Operational excellence, Governance, and Enablement. You will play a crucial role in implementing the Global business vision and strategy. This position necessitates big-picture thinking, initiative, zeal, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, handle internal and external relationships, work with senior executives, and possess excellent soft skills. Key Responsibilities: - Drive programs of strategic importance to Salesforce PS Global Delivery Center (GDC) - Conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate the needs of different programs; make recommendations with business justification, and forefront the programs upon approval - Manage the partner program, oversee governance for their performance and effectiveness in meeting GDC requirements - Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Partner Performance, report and track partnership health, and implement strategies for optimal outcomes - Collaborate with Stakeholders, Sponsors, Cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines for new initiatives - Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department in conjunction with other program managers - Proactively communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management - Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, and generate program reports for managers and stakeholders - Identify all individuals or organizations impacted by the program, analyze customer expectations and project impact, and develop management strategies for engaging collaborators in project decisions and execution - Demonstrate understanding of Agile-certified Scrum processes, coordination of Business & IT, and traits of a successful Scrum Master - Provide leadership to strategize and execute various programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk - Develop project timelines, plan and lead all aspects, and report progress within the project environment - Collaborate with vendors for programs related to subcontractors Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of Program Management experience and 14+ years of overall IT experience - 5+ years of exposure to Salesforce Projects/Products is a strong asset - Ability to collaborate with senior executives and partner organizations, demonstrating strategic understanding of business needs - Understanding of resource utilization and strategies to acquire the right skills for projects - Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce CRM, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite) is advantageous - Proficiency in PM tools like JIRA / MS Project - Proficient in building presentations for effective communication of strategic direction across the organization - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleansing, data manipulation) - Ability to manage multiple projects/programs and mentor new hires,
