Role & responsibilities

Learning and Development - Coordinator

Preferred candidate profile

  • Build capability at the site by identifying training needs as per department and operations.
  • Plan and conduct on-the-job training for new hires and prepare annual training schedules.
  • Coordinate need-based training programs and internal trainer development.
  • Prepare and maintain standard roles, role matrix, and job codes in coordination with HR.
  • Create and implement skill gap analysis and action plans.
  • Design and develop learning content and modules as per QMS guidelines.
  • Manage training programs, including internal/external sessions and certification programs.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and maintain learning & development metrics.
