Role & responsibilities

Coordinator/ Executive : Business Development Operations

1. Coordinating with cross-functional teams

• Synchronization with production team, logistics team for on time production and execution of the required finished goods according to supply schedules.
• Maintaining and tracking records of promotional material supplies against planned schedule
• System (SAP) generation of dossier requests (new, renewals, variations etc), artworks requests, new product requests, change controls and other activities of data updates according to requirements.
• Preparation of reports and other documents as required.
• Assisting seniors with business strategies, tracking and tracing.
• Overseas client coordination:
• Regular coordination with overseas clients for proforma, shipment planning according to requirements, communication regarding, logistics and other

operational details as and when required.

• Communication regarding product registrations, promotional material registrations on online platform, queries, trademark registrations etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or related field.

• Communication Skills:

  Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

• Organizational Skills:

  Proficiency in maintaining records, reports, and task lists systematically.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
