Job Description

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and leverage customer feedback and data analytics to identify product opportunities and prioritize feature development.
  • Integrate omnichannel strategies into the product roadmap, ensuring seamless customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs derived from business metrics, leveraging advanced analytics to measure impact and drive decisions.

2. Product Development and Execution:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery, on-time releases, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle, incorporating data-driven insights to improve functionality.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are aligned across all customer channels.
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, competitive analysis, and data-backed insights to enable effective customer engagement.
  • Work with customer support to gather feedback, analyze data on product usage, and address issues or enhancements.
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision and utilize data analytics to prioritize initiatives.

4. Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Lead a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, emphasizing the use of data analytics and omnichannel strategies to optimize product management.
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making and equip the team with tools and frameworks for analyzing performance metrics.

5. Team Management:

  • Manage a small team of 2 to 4 people, providing hands-on guidance, support, and leadership.
  • Drive alignment on data-oriented KPIs and ensure a consistent vision across cross-functional teams.

Must have:

  • 1. Education:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2. Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience in data analytics and omnichannel platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Experience implementing omnichannel strategies and driving user engagement across multiple platforms.
  • 3. Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Aha, Coda).
  • Proficient in using analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of software development frameworks, languages, and technologies.
  • Strong experience with data integration and omnichannel platforms, including API management and customer experience tools.
  • 4. Strategic Thinking:

    Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer needs, and data insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features effectively.
  • 5. Communication and Presentation:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present data-driven product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience demoing products to internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Experience launching enterprise software with an omnichannel focus.
  • Implementation experience with any one of the cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or marketing automation tools.
