Buyer communication to ensure all necessary clarifications are sought in time.
Coordinate day to day activity with production team.
Fabric and trim orders and follow ups for these orders.
To manage and improve performance of all functions in merchandising including, development, costing, pre production etc.
To ensure PCDs committed to PPC are met.
Finalise cost sheets for all products and negotiate with these with buyers to ensure that prices are met within the brackets advised by management.
Ensure that all negotiaions are closed on time and that ordersheets are received from the buyers within max advised timelines.
Work constantly to ensure that any bottlenecks in processes are treated in advance to ensure that product is delivered at exceptional pace.

To have design abilities to work with design team to introduce new products based on prospective buyers.
