Job Title: Marketing Executive – Luxury Retail & Brand Partnerships

Location: Head Office – Noida, Sector 62 (with frequent travel to Airports & Premium Malls, Pan-India)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead luxury brand marketing, customer engagement, and strategic alliances for our premium brands Prabhu Shri Ram (PSR) and Ramya. The role focuses on airports and high-end mall retail, creating experiential campaigns that blend Indian art, culture, and luxury lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Marketing & Storytelling – Drive campaigns that highlight luxury, culture, and lifestyle.
• Retail & Airport/Mall Marketing – Execute activations, events, and promotions to boost footfall & conversions.
• Alliances & Partnerships – Build collaborations with airlines, hotels, corporates, luxury brands, and influencers.
• Digital & Innovation – Launch digital-first, geo-targeted, and experiential marketing strategies.
• PR & Media – Secure premium media visibility and influencer engagement.
• Market Research – Track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in luxury retail.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or Communication.
• 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail, FMCG, travel retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong expertise in brand storytelling, retail activations, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Exposure to airport/mall marketing is highly desirable.
