Job Description

  • Drive strategy and revenue growth through data-driven approaches to support the CMD business across global, regional, various business units, and product lines.
  • Leverage analytical and statistical skills to translate data into insights that enhance business processes.
  • Develop data-driven business solutions that use advanced statistical methods for cultivating sales and marketing tactics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities for market growth and expansion.
  • Analyze large datasets and communicate meaningful interpretations for informed decision-making.
  • Use domain business knowledge to organize content and effectively communicate product recommendations via commercial and digital channels.
  • Define key performance indicators to evaluate program performance.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and suggest ideas for program improvement.
  • Embrace and champion a data-driven culture, the value of the program and develop training resources to supplement organizational learning objectives.
  • Own and design data governance with cross function team, such as IT, finance, marketing, sales and service support team.
  • Act as a liaison for cross-divisional partners, the Center of Excellence, and CMD Division to drive the program vision and values forward.
  • Refine and automate existing tools and processes.
  • Effectively respond to requests for ad hoc analyses.
