    Sr. Manager / Manager – Sales

Role & Responsibilities

1. Sales Delivery & Market Growth

  • Achieve volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory
  • Drive market share growth through effective sales execution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via strong channel performance
  • Expand dealer network and enhance overall network quality

2. Channel Management & Engagement

  • Drive performance through a capable, motivated dealer/channel team
  • Execute marketing initiatives and dealer engagement programs
  • Ensure consistent achievement of channel-level sales targets

3. Process & Governance

  • Ensure effective implementation and usage of DMS, CRM, and reporting systems
  • Establish daily and weekly governance mechanisms with channel partners
  • Monitor compliance, process adherence, and reporting accuracy

4. Market Intelligence & Capability Building

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and share actionable market insights
  • Support strategic customer engagements, including EV ecosystem solutions
  • Train and develop dealer sales teams to improve productivity and performance


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 10–13 years of experience in

    Dealer Sales

  • Strong exposure to

    selling commercial vehicles

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience in SCV / LCV / ICV

    segments
  • Solid understanding of the

    automobile / EV industry and local markets

  • Proven expertise in channel sales, dealer management, and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Capable of motivating and leading external teams (dealers/channel partners)
  • Process-oriented with strong governance and execution focus
  • Excellent communication skills
