Sr Manager/Manager - Biological

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop biological products that meet the needs of farmers, focusing on efficiency and USPs.
• Conduct research to understand the mode of action, efficacy, and potential applications of various biological products.
• Design and conduct experiments to test the efficacy and efficiency of biological products, analyzing data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that biological products meet customer needs and are effectively communicated.
• Staying updated with the latest developments and advancements in biologicals, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as microbiology, biochemistry, or plant pathology.

● Proven experience in biological product development, research, or a related field.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point); and Google Sheets.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.

● Should be highly data driven, have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
