Job Description

As a Sr. Manager/AVP - HR at KC Overseas Education, your role will be crucial in executing the growth plans of the organization and driving key HR functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and play a vital role in the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. - Driving a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Anticipating workforce challenges and proactively implementing solutions. - Ensuring seamless onboarding of employees and their assimilation into the company culture. - Identifying skills gaps and implementing training programs to future-proof the workforce. - Championing internal talent mobility and succession planning. - Being the bridge between leadership and employees to ensure a strong, transparent, and engaging work culture. - Creating initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention. - Addressing concerns proactively to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment. - Implementing best practices in performance management, compensation, and rewards. - Leveraging HR analytics to drive data-backed decision-making. - Collaborating with the leadership team and finance department to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Conducting regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive. - Monitoring and managing employee benefit programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Supporting the company's expansion by building scalable HR processes. - Leading transformation initiatives and driving cultural alignment during growth phases. - Serving as the first point of contact for leadership on all HR matters. Your qualifications should include: - 12+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-growing organizations. - Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives. - General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. - Experience in benefits and compensation programs, incentive planning, appraisal systems, and HR recognition and engagement programs. - Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Proactive problem-solving skills. - Empathy, objectivity, and a growth-oriented mindset. - Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.,
