Position-

Qualification- MBA (Marketing),B.tech/M.tech/ or similar relevant fields

Experience- 15 to 25 Years

Annual Package: 12 Lacs to 22 Lacs p.a.

Location: Ajmer (Rajasthan),Delhi,Pune or other location

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of steel structures and fabricated products, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing technical-commercial proposals, coordinating with fabrication/production teams, and ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in steel structures, fabricated components, industrial sheds, PEB structures, and project-based fabrication work.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through industry networking, market visits, exhibitions, and client references.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Candidate must be well versed experienced with dealing and negotiations for order booking with cement industry for fabrication and erection work in mechanical

  • Should have strong communication and liasioning in Industrial Areas and also have good techno commercial skills to clearly understand the tender requirement and its commercial compliances to prepare the offer for submission with independent working

  • Must have strong follow up with clients for various commercial points in pre/ ongoing /post progress of project.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients, OEMs, and consultants.
  • Present product offerings, technical solutions, and fabrication capabilities to potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, and finalization of orders/contracts.

Technical & Commercial Proposal Management

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and estimation teams to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate costing.
  • Prepare technical-commercial presentations and project proposals.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals to convert them into confirmed orders.

Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Coordinate with fabrication, quality, logistics, and project execution teams to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and share updates with clients.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, price trends in steel, and industry developments.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and MIS reports.
  • Recommend improvements in products, pricing strategies, and sales approaches.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of steel structure fabrication, erection, and PEB systems.

Good technical knowledge of structural drawings, BOQs, and materials.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
