Sr. Manager - Treasury

Role Overview: As a Treasury Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring strict adherence to treasury compliance requirements, including internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies across global jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with AD bank, RBI, and other regulatory agencies to guarantee compliance with FEMA regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and implement automation opportunities within the treasury function to enhance process efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and improve data accuracy. - Manage and coordinate all treasury-related audit processes, including statutory and internal audits, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. - Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, focusing specifically on the Treasury function. Work closely with IT teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. - Configure, maintain, and optimize the Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) module in SAP to support operations such as cash management, risk tracking, financial instruments, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of treasury systems with broader finance and enterprise systems. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of treasury compliance requirements, internal controls, regulatory standards, and company policies. - Experience in coordinating with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations. - Proficiency in implementing automation solutions within treasury functions. - Prior experience in managing treasury-related audit processes and resolving audit findings. - Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and configuring the Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) module. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,
