Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the Glass industry, Insurance & Reality.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
4. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
5. Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
6. Utilize diverse sourcing channels.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain recruitment metrics.
8. Mentor recruitment team members.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
This role requires a seasoned recruitment professional with industry expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
