Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Schneider Electric, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the sales targets for the year. You will act as the sole representative for all Business Units within the Schneider Organization. Your role will involve promoting all products of Schneider Electric to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Panel Builders (PBs), End Users, and Contractors. It will be essential to effectively manage and support all channels of Schneider Electric in the assigned territory. Furthermore, you will be required to engage and coordinate with all Business Units to provide local support, including prescription, service support, promotions, and other related activities. Your objective will be to increase Schneider Electric's market share and serve as the brand ambassador for the organization. Additionally, you will focus on prescription and business development at OEMs, sales management, and implementing channel strategies as part of the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with a specialization in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science. You should have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the field of Switchgear, Automation, and related products. This role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires a full-time commitment.
