Sr. Manager- Sales

As a Sales Manager at the company, your role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, will be crucial. You will also conduct property showcases and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to clients across different locations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Scapes Hospitality - Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster their professional growth Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, wealth management, high-end automobile sales, events, or advertising - Open to travel - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to sell second homes and legacy properties - Willingness to travel frequently to showcase properties and meet clients - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience or knowledge of the Kasauli and Goa real estate markets is a plus You will be a vital part of the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of Scapes Hospitality through your expertise and dedication.,
