Sr. Manager Revenue Assurance

As a Revenue Assurance Manager, your role involves ensuring that appropriate records are generated, monitored correctly, and accurately reflected on end customer billing. You will be responsible for performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams, documenting revenue flows across critical functions, and monitoring the same. Your role also includes managing any issues that potentially impact revenues, from identification through to quantification and resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities lead to excellent delivery of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to address revenue-related issues. - Measure and track KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure that ageing of revenue is not increased. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with an additional qualification of MBA in Finance is preferred. - 8-12 years of relevant work experience. - Ability to liaise with the business on issues related to business performance and revenue assurance. - Experience in identifying industry fraud risks and billing issues. - Sound understanding of technical infrastructure within a telecom company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning. - Proficiency in tools for data processing and reconciliation, such as Excel pivot tables. - Experience in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
