Required skills and experiences

- 12+ years of experience in Operations and Sales, preferably in the education, edtech, or services industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills relevant for agency partners and external stakeholders.​

- Graduate in any discipline;

- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.

- High proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and performance management systems.

- Commitment to process excellence and continuous learning.

Preferred skills and experiences

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
