Role Description

The Senior Manager – New Product Development will lead and manage the end-to-end process of developing new products — from concept design to production launch. The role involves driving innovation, ensuring cost-effective process design, coordinating cross-functional teams (design, production, quality, procurement, and marketing), and aligning product strategy with business goals.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge in developing forged and machined components
• Creating & leading a team
• Knowledge of different manufacturing processes
• Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and ISO/IATF 16949 standards
