Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est.1874). JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. On average, 100 million people throughout the Asia Pacific regions will be transported by equipment supplied and maintained by JSG on any given day.

Sr. Manager - New Installation

Mobility is the goal

Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors in order to meet Schindler business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics.
Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work.
Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.
Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation.
Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.

Mobility needs you

For the Installation Manager position, Schindler seeks people with:

Expertise

Desired experience in similar industry (with preferred exposure to service and maintenance) for overall 12 years and preferably 3 years in E&E industry.

Knowledge and Skills

Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
