We are seeking a Sr. Manager – MEP Design for our client to lead high-impact projects, drive technical excellence, and manage a skilled design team. If you're a strategic thinker with deep expertise in MEP, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire systems and a passion for building future-ready infrastructure — this role is for you. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage design delivery for MEP systems across multiple projects. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalations, design reviews, and execution challenges. Build and lead a high-performing MEP design team. Coordinate with architects, PMCs, contractors, and clients. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and system reviews. Drive business development through strong industry connections. Review DBRs, circuitries, layouts, schematics, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. ✅ Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 17 years of experience in MEP projects/design/commissioning. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Projects, ETAP, HAP, and lighting software .
