Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate demand, increase revenue, and build a healthy pipeline. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive brand awareness for SAS and its solutions. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - End-to-end ownership of marketing strategies, programs, events, and campaigns - Drive brand awareness for SAS and its solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns - Work with communications agencies, internal stakeholders, and customers on the communications plan - Deliver measurable results impacting broader company goals - Utilize analytics for data-driven decision-making - Identify marketing opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and analytics - Collaborate with global marketing teams to accomplish goals - Represent SAS with customers, third-party vendors, and partners - Lead and manage a dynamic team, including recruitment, performance management, and skill development - Establish and prioritize department responsibilities/objectives - Review and track KPIs & ROMI for marketing campaigns - Understand marketing budgeting and forecasting In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also: - Identify current practices and emerging trends in marketing - Communicate company activities to various stakeholders Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field - Ability to operate at a high-level strategic thinking - Knowledge of B2B marketing, sales techniques, and the Indian market - Experience in various marketing functions such as Campaigns, Events, Media Relations, Digital, Market Research, etc. - Curiosity and passion for technology - Experience in coaching teams and individuals - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Motivation to work in challenging environments - Open and growth-oriented mindset - Ability to deal with change and guide teams through it - Experience in media & PR agency handling - Public speaking experience preferred - Willingness to travel frequently At our company, diversity and inclusion are core values.
