Job Description

In this role at Cvent, you will be responsible for leading a team of Workforce Management (WFM) professionals and implementing strategies to align staffing levels with business needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of WFM professionals, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development. Ensure team activities align with organizational objectives. - Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategies to predict future staffing requirements and manage capacity effectively. - Scheduling and Optimization: Create and manage efficient employee schedules to meet operational demands and SLAs. Monitor scheduling practices to maximize coverage. - Strategic Project Management & P&L Ownership: Manage the global client services budget for accurate resourcing and budget adherence. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze workforce data, generate reports on KPIs, staffing efficiency, and operational performance. Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance workforce management practices, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Stay updated on industry trends. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR, FP&A, operations, and IT departments to ensure effective coordination and communication. Communicate strategies, changes, and updates to stakeholders. - Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of workforce management processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in Strategic Workforce planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Proven track record in leading SaaS implementations and customer success initiatives. - Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment with cross-functional teams. - Certifications like PMP, ITIL are a plus. Additional Skills (Nice to Have): - Advanced degree (MBA or relevant technical masters degree). - Experience in a specific industry like healthcare or finance. - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or data analytics.,
